Quite gusty and up and down but enough to make it worthwhile. Swapped boards with Rik who said he needed to stamp my front down on initial lift then fine. So I tried and got a couple of few seconds rides then tired at end of session Rik's foil felt smoother even though I didn't get up. Two guys windsurfing and five foiling.
